Okay.... so I realize I haven't put up any new posts in a LONG time and it's not because I haven't been taking pictures. Quite the opposite actually... I have been very busy!! Which has been great! I decided to make myself a facebook page for my photography business and I have been updating that very regularly! Please check it out and "like" my page! I would appreciate it very much!
So as I said above I've been slacking on blog posts but I just had to do a full post with these fun Engagement pictures! Thea and Ethan are engaged and going to be married in July of 2012 and I will have the pleasure of taking their wedding photos. I'm so excited! Considering how much fun we had on this shoot I can't imagine how much fun their wedding will be! :) Hope you enjoy these!

And now... the rest of the story!
So earlier in my blog I posted and engagement session of Matt and Brenna and now I am proud to present their Happily Ever After!
The wedding was absolutely beautiful! The location was breath taking! The Bride and Groom were stunning! The food.... well let's just say it was hands down the best wedding feast I've ever had in my life! :)
The wedding was at Beecher Hill House right outside of Wenatchee. So lovely!
Candy, my sister, from Something Blue Photography and I shot this wedding together. I love working with her! We have some great times! I hope you enjoy these as much as we did taking them. ;)
P.S. The last picture in this post is one of my favorites. I got a little crazy in photoshop but I'm very pleased with the result. Let me know what you think!

A ♥ that lasts forever!
You could definitely feel the love between Greg and Jenna on their wedding day! What an absolutely gorgeous couple! I can honestly say that both are genuinely beautiful on the inside and out. Jenna is truly a princess at heart and she got the fairy tale wedding of her dreams! Even down to the carriage ride as they were leaving. Which was a complete surprise to her! Oh, what fun!
My sister, Candy, from Something Blue Photography was my second shooter at this wedding. Thank you so much for coming with me Candy! You're the best!

I like you a lot
This blog post is dedicated to my good friends James and Tanya and their beautiful daughter Aletheia. :) Aletheia just turned 1 last month which of course means it's time for a photo shoot, right?! Of course!
We were also due a photo shoot because they are, to my great dismay, moving to Syracuse NY in about a month. :'( James will being going back to college for his doctorate. I am going to miss them so much! James and Tanya are not only my friends... But they are my family as well and are both very near and dear to my heart. I've already started crying now just thinking about them being gone... BUT they're not gone yet! So I plan on enjoying every second of the time I get to spend with them and Aletheia... and I might have started planning monthly trips over to NY to go visit them after they've moved. ;)
James, Tanya and Aletheia,
I love you guys so much!
James, I am going to miss your jolly Santa face and your amazing hugs... but mostly I'm going to miss you because you always laugh at my stupid jokes.
Tanya, I am going to miss your smile. I promise it would turn any one's frown upside down. You are one of the most loving and caring people I know. I'm sad we can't watch the finally of sytycd together. Maybe you should stay a month longer??
Aletheia, I'm going to miss seeing you grow and learn new things this next year. Your mom and dad had better be good about taking pictures and videos and putting them up on facebook for all of us back in Spokane.... or else! You are such a sweet little baby and I know you're going to be an amazing little girl when you grow up because you have two of the best parents in the world! (possibly hyperbole... but pretty stinkin' close)
I'll end this with a wise quote about "love".
"Love is not something that you can put chains on and throw into a lake. That's called Houdini. Love is liking someone a lot."

Happy Easter!
Spring! I love it! And there's so many reasons why...
For the rain. For the sunshine. For the feeling of hope after a LONG winter. For Spring cleaning and the amazing feeling one gets when its done. For the sound of birds chirping in the morning. For the first glimpses of flowers. For the smell of freshly cut grass. And most importantly... for the Chocolate!! oh wait... I can get that any season... but it tastes best in Spring :)

I'm loving this picture I took this past week. It just makes me smile everytime I look at it. :) I hope it brings you one as well!
